We stayed here for 2 days as a stop over in South Korea before flying on. Altogether it turned out to be a great place to recover from the long distance flight, not least because of the beautiful swimming pool. Such a relief after many hours in a plane! As to the location, the hotel is a good compromise if you want to remain rather close to the airport but still be in an area where you can walk around and find a nice place in the evening for dinner. I loved the view from the huge windows onto the lake. We would come back for sure.

Wanda

The hotel had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect as well: right next to Songdo Central Park and close to a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Additionally, it was really nice that there was a gym in the hotel with most of the equipment you need.

It was in very close proximity to the Convesia where the meeting was being held (5 mins walk). The hotel had a convenient store and an Illy cafe inside, which was practical. It is also located across the street from a Lotte Mart and in walking distance to many restaurants.

Friendly staff: The front desk staff were always helpful and cooperative. I used the sauna, and the woman who seemed to be the maintenance was very attentive to cleanliness. I could see that there was a lot of attention to detail for the guests' comfort.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean too. Very convenient location with Lotte mall just right across the road and a train station 2-3 mins walk away. There was a convenient shop at level 1 of the hotel too for quick purchases.
